Shipping policy

Our current turn around is 1-2 weeks for sublimation items. 4-6 weeks for wooden items, items will then be sent either via royal mail tracked 24 or 48 once items have been sent via royal mail please allow up to 5 working days for delivery if they have not arrived in this time please contact us so we track your items and if necessary offer a replacement.
